The tournament schedule for MagicCon: Barcelona is almost complete! We will share the full schedule soon, but in here are some previews of what you can register to play in on-site:

• Pro Tour Qualifiers: Flex your competitive skills and earn an invite directly to the Pro Tour in a The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Sealed tournament. There are tons of prizes on the line and four (4) invites to a future Pro Tour.
• Secret Lair Showdown Championship: Go head-to-head with other players to win one of the limited Brainstorm Secret Lair cards! With four Modern qualifiers, two each on Friday and Saturday, players will vie for one of the 32 seats in the Secret Lair Showdown Championship. Players will all receive a Fatal Push Secret Lair card for participating in a qualifier. Those with enough skill to make it to the championship will all receive a Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer Secret Lair card.
• The Un-known hosted by Gavin Verhey: Boosters, fun, chaos, and unique gameplay are at the heart of the Un-known experience! Enjoy the tournament that is never the same twice as Gavin Verhey leads everyone down a Magic-al path of extraordinary gameplay mixed with a variety of Magic card goodness.
• The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Tournaments: Step into Universes Beyond and play in one of The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth tournaments! There are on-demand drafts, scheduled Sealed and Draft tournaments, and more available.
• Commander Masters Prerelease: It wouldn't be a MagicCon event without a celebration, and this one is going to be Master-ful! You don't want to miss this first opportunity to play with the newest Commander set, Commander Masters! There will be Sealed and Draft Prerelease tournaments happening during the entire MagicCon: Barcelona weekend.

Playing with The Lord of The Rings: Tales of Middle-earth, competitors from all over the world will be in Spain to compete for their share of $500,000 in prizes, invitations to the World Championship, and bragging rights—because after all, there can only be one winner to rule them all...

MagicCon attendees will be able to watch the action live on site in Barcelona and cheer on their favorites as the tournament unfolds. Enjoy watching the Top 8 on the big screen at the main stage on Sunday! For those who can't make it to Barcelona, don't worry—you don't have to miss the action! Everything happening on the main stage at MagicCon: Barcelona will be, well, Magic! Join us for a variety of panels and special events. You can expect to see the full schedule closer to the time, but here is a preview of what you can enjoy in Barcelona:

• Game Knights Live is coming to Europe! Jimmy Wong, Josh Lee Kwai, and their crew battle to determine the final spot for the Game Knights Live Championship, to be played at MagicCon: Las Vegas.
• Europe, are you ready for Mark Rosewater? We can't tell you what he'll be doing quite yet, but you can be sure he'll make a big appearance on the main stage.
• Want to see what's coming up for Magic: The Gathering? We'll have a look at the next few months of Magic set releases brimming with preview info, and Secret Lair returns to the main stage for more reveals on upcoming drops.
• How did The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth come to life in Magic cards? Get a behind-the-scenes look at the art and visuals of the iconic set with key Wizards of the Coast staff and guest artists.
• The Magic Cosplay Contest is traveling across the Atlantic, and we're ready to see the best cosplay Europe can offer! With thousands of euros in prizes to be won, this is one contest you NEED to enter! Learn more about the application, prizes, and rules here.

While our Planeswalker lairs won't be able to make a trip overseas, we are building something exclusive for attendees to experience in Barcelona. Have you ever been to a 111th birthday party? Neither have we—but we will all get to soon!

We are now accepting applications for the Art of Magic, and you can learn more about that process here.
